Have you been wondering who you are and want to start journaling? Sometimes we go through an identity crisis and are continually asking the big question of why we are here on earth. It’s okay to ask these questions and they’re good questions for that matter. About a month ago, I found myself in such a situation. I was alone for almost two weeks with my thoughts. Answers to my question seemed to not come. However, slowly by slowly I found answers to my questions through journaling.
It’s not uncommon to be overwhelmed by work or relationships that are not working until we question our identity. As much as we shouldn’t let out extrinsic circumstances influence our internal emotional locus, finding more about who we are helps a lot.
